Therefore we need highly qualified employees that go along with us on our way of innovations and continuous further development. This is one of the reasons why we have been offering qualified training positions to dedicated young people for more than 40 years.
Our own training workshop and special in-house training courses are important elements of our training – in addition to “learning on the job” and the attendance of the Iran vocational school. It is our goal to equip young people with sound knowledge and excellent craftsmanship for their job. In our experience this is well accepted by the young people. We are particularly proud when our trainees excel at what they are doing.
