Our sprockets and plate sprockets are made of C 45, stainless steel and special material. In addition to hardened toothing we can also supply surface refined types. Standard sprockets are supplied with a hub on one side and are suitable for simplex, duplex and triplex chains. Furthermore, our product range comprises a number of possibilities with regard to hole circle bores and lightening holes.
Our standard range includes sprockets with pitches from p = 6 mm to p = 76.2 mm and a material strength between 500 N/mm² and 600 N/mm². These sprockets come with pre-bores according to our catalogue and can usually be delivered ex stock. If the number of teeth exceeds a certain minimum, sprockets made of cast iron can also be supplied. On request, we are happy to offer different types as well.
Sprockets for accumulator chains are used in conveying systems. As to their geometry, they are perfectly matched to the characteristics of the chain. Both components connect perfectly and thus allow for an efficient and permanent operation of the plant.
As a standard, we manufacture sprockets without hubs. Designs with pre-drilled bores made of C 45 with 15, 17 and 19 teeth for the accumulator chain 513 SF are also part of our range and can usually be supplied ex stock.
